The following is a check list of minimum requirements for boarders. Please complete and return to Matron.

A note on technology

Space is limited on desks. Small stereos are best, particularly when computers may also be on desks.

Personal TVs/Game Monitors are possible for Year 11 up. Please be aware we have access to school computers and many PCs in the Boarding House are mainly used for games and entertainment.

Naming of clothing

You will require at least 100 name tags. These MUST be woven name tapes and they take 6-8 weeks to be made so please order early. All tapes must be machined on all clothing in the following places:

TOP-CENTRE BACK:

Trousers, shorts, pullovers, shirts, dressing gown, pyjamas (blazer and trousers), underclothes, swimming trunks, parka and all sports and civilian clothes.

On ONE CORNER:

Towels, duvet, scarf, facecloths.

MIDDLE INSIDE:

Ties
SOCKS: Parallel with coloured band where they will be hidden by turndown of socks.

MARKING INK:

Under tongue for slippers, shoes, gymshoes and boots. Also mark clothes brush, hair brush etc

TOP OUTSIDE NEAR DRAWSTRING:

Laundry bag.
