Fees

Fees for Diploma Students - 2011   NZ$230 per term   This amount covers all IBO charges (ie Per capita fee, exam registration fees, Subject fees - per subject,  Extended Essay & Theory of Knowledge fee), as well as fees for postage of exams and exam invigilation.             While the school also pays a significant annual membership fee to the IBO, as of 2007, this is not currently passed onto the students. Other expenses will arise from time to time.  These might include costs for CAS camps,  revision texts, or the Group 4 Project .
	A further significant cost will be the purchase (or lease) of a laptop for classroom use. Students will have an increasing percentage of their courses available through our VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) and this will also incorporate a facility for parents to access information and view their son’s work online in an electronic portfolio.
All IB fees are charged out to individual accounts on a twice yearly basis at the end of term 1 and 3.  If a student withdraws from the programme, fees that have already been charged will not be refunded and a minimum of two terms fees will be charged to cover administration costs.
