Kapa Haka rehearse every Thursday 8.00-8.50am in G04. All new members are welcome.
Kapa Haka has had a great start to 2025. We are beginning rehearsals for our biggest event this year - Te Hautonga which will take place in the second half of Term 2. In addition to this the kapa haka will also be involved in the opening of our second campus, Ngā Manu Kōrero, Mana Pounamu, Polyfest, Open Night, Prize Givings and much more.
Due to camp we are still accepting new members so if any students (year 7-13) would like to join please let Whaea Clark or Matua Beazley know. We rehearse every Thursday morning 8.00-8.50am in G04.
In Term 2 there will be Sunday rehearsals with Columba for those wishing to audition for the Te Hautonga competitive team.
If there are any whānau out there keen to support we are always looking for help with - transport, uniform making, kai, , fundraising, composition etc.
We are looking forward to a busy and exciting year.
