Accounts Administrator
We are currently looking for a part-time permanent Accounts Administrator. The position would be 26-30 hours per week, term-time only + 1 week per school holidays (negotiable for the right candidate). Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a key role in the support staff team encompassing financial data entry and general bookkeeping.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Reconciling Bank Accounts/Credit Cards
- Student Fee Charges
- Liaising with parents and staff
- General office administration and payroll support
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience
- familiarity with accounting software
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- experience dealing with confidential organisational information
