This week some of our boys got out into the community to deliver Easter treats.
The delicious hampers were from the proceeds of the latest non-uniform day and they were delivered to a number of different groups in the community.
It was fantastic to see the boys giving back, and putting smiles on faces leading into Easter.
The boys visited:
• Salvation Army
• Children’s Ward at the Hospital
• Presbyterian Support
• Ross Home
• Yvette Williams
The below thank you letter is from Ross Home:
Dear John McGlashan teachers and students,
Thank you so much for the wonderful donation of Easter eggs. Our residents were absolutely thrilled to receive them.
Your kindness brought on so many happy faces and it truly brightened up our Easter.
Thank you again…….we really appreciate your community spirit.
Sincerely yours,
Ross Home
