As we approach the end of Term 3, it's a great time to reflect on the artistic and cultural achievements of our boys throughout the year.
Cultural Blues are now open for submissions from senior students - make sure to encourage your rangatahi to apply using this form if they've been active in Arts & Culture at school or in the community throughout the year. Students must write their own submission by Friday 20th September to be eligible for consideration.
Arts Representative badges are also open to nomination from teachers for students at all year levels. The JMC Arts Committee will review all submissions and nominations for both awards - all criteria are available on our Arts Hub if you're interested!
Once the successful submissions have been confirmed, we are looking forward to celebrating with friends and family in the chapel on Tuesday 22nd October at 5pm. On the night, we'll provide a light supper and organise some great entertainment from the students themselves.
Make sure to add the date to your calendar, particularly if you have an artistic young man at home! We'll make sure to reach out to you directly at the end of Term 3 if your son is to be recognised at the celebration.
