The Intermediate Otago Cross Country event was recently held at Kaikorai Valley College.
The course for both year 7s and Year 8s was run over a muddy 2.4km course. The heavy considitions underfoot made the going tough. In the first race, two of our year 7s performed especially well to finish in the top 10 (Grayson Westgate, 4th; Max Kirkwood, 7th). In the year 8s we also had two top 10 finishers (Josh Hou, 8th; Will Morshuis, 10th). Congratulation to all our runners who put in 100% effort and showed great determination on a testing course.
