The JMC Fete is almost here, only 8 sleeps to go!

FETE DAY IS SATURDAY 13 SEPTEMBER, 11 AM - 2 PM!
Funds raised from the Fete go directly back to our boys. Plans are coming together, but we still need help. Fete Volunteering can be a fun way to get to know other JMC whanau and even learn new skills.
Ways you can help:
VOLUNTEER HELPERS ON FETE DAY -We need Volunteers to help on stalls and Convenors. If you can help, please email jmcpfa@gmail.com
DONATIONS TO FETE GARAGE -It is now SPRING so time for a Spring Clean! The Fete Garage is open for business anytime up until Fete Day. We will gratefully accept any goods you no longer need - clothing, books, homewares, toys, sporting goods, furniture .... anything! Well except for alochol or electronic goods which we cannot sell. Please deliver your donations to the Fete Garage
PLANTS! PLANTS! PLANTS! -After many requests we are reinstating a plant stall this year. We need more donations of plants, seedlings, flowers, etc. Outdoor plants can be dropped off in the Fete Garage (next to the boarding hostel) anytime and indoor plants can be dropped off from Wednesday10 September.
CANDY FLOSS - We need Volunteer Helpers to make Candy Floss on Friday 12 September, even if it is only an hour or two. Please email jmcpfa@gmail.com if you can help.
INTERNATIONAL FOOD STALL -Can you whip up an International dish that we can serve at the International Food stall? Please email jmcpfa@gmail.com and let us know what you can do.
CAKE STALL - We would love some more promises of baking (cakes, biscuits, slices, muffins etc) and preserves. Email jmcpfa@gmail.com
WAFFLE MAKERS - We still need to borrow a few more Waffle Makers. If you have one that we could borrow we promise to take good care of it and return it to you clean. Get in touch via jmcpfa@gmail.com and let us know.
YEAR 7 CAKE COMPETITION - .....we hope you lads are well into your planning ahead of making an epic cake that is 'all things school' themed. Remember, cakes can be dropped off to the chapel before 4pm on Friday 12th September or before 10am on 13th September.
SILENT AUCTION - The Silent Auction is now live!! Further information on how to bid for the fantastic items up for grabs in the below article.

The Fete is the largest fundraiser for the year for our boys. Together we can make it a huge success so let's all help out.
