Aurora Energy Science and Technology Fair
Oscar made a pulsejet engine from scratch for the Aurora Energy Science and Technology Fair this year which he plans to strap to his go-kart! A pulsejet engine is simple jet engine which produces thrust through a series of pulsating explosions rather than the usual continuous combustion.

Smokefree Rockquest
It's Smokefree Rockquest time and this year Deaf Raccoon are one of two Dunedin bands to have made the National Finals in September. Well done boys'!
