Some of our Year 7 & 8 boys attended the National Chess Competition in Christchurch on September 20–21.
Ray Z, Liam M, Tomide A, Sam R and Hugh W stayed calm and focused throughout the event, supporting and encouraging one another every step of the way. They showed an inspiring spirit of teamwork that they can truly be proud of!
A special shout-out to Tomide, who not only led the team with excellence and also celebrated his 13th birthday while they were there!
