This week John looks at the future employability of our teenagers by focussing on their digital footprint. The employment process begins far earlier than we might think, and it is important that our teens are thinking about what they are posting online so that their digital record is appropriate for when they begin looking for that first job. Building an identity asset not an identity liability.
