The academic successes of Year 12 and 13 students were acknowledged in special assemblies over the last two weeks. Across both year levels students have worked hard all year and produced outstanding results in the end-of-year assessments.
At the College we have three different awards:
An Academic Badge is awarded to students who have gained 50 or more excellence credits in NCEA or IB students with a total of at least 30 points.
‘Scholars Ties’ are awarded to NCEA students that have gained at least 3 excellence subject endorsements or IB students with a total of at least 32 points.
‘Scholars Club’ the most prestigious award is awarded to NCEA boys who have achieved either 4 excellence subject endorsements OR 3 excellence and 2 merit subject endorsements. For IB students, they have achieved a total of at least 34 points.
