The College School Board of John McGlashan College is currently overseeing the recruitment and selection process for the College’s new Principal and is seeking your input to assist the Board with this.
The purpose of this survey is to ask you as parents/guardians to identify the skills, capabilities and personal attributes the new Principal needs to possess, to successfully meet future challenges and opportunities.
While you are encouraged to participate in the survey, participation is entirely voluntary. Andrea Bankier, Senior Consultant at Sheffield South Island has been engaged to partner with our college on the recruitment for this role. Key trends and themes will be reported back to the College
School Board in a written document after the data has been collated and analysed. Please be assured that individual responses and comments are not identified, they will remain confidential, however they are reported verbatim.
