For people to come along with their neighbours, family and friends.
As part of Neighbours' Day this year, an afternoon of food and fun activities has been arranged for members of the local community. There is no cost to participate, the aim is purely to bring people together for an afternoon. The date is set for 20th March, from 1.00-4.30pm.
The event will be held on the Maori Hill School sports ground (on Balmacewen Rd by the roundabout), and kick-off at 1pm, and continue until loosely 4.30pm. There will be a sausage sizzle and Devonshire tea (with home-made baking), a bouncy castle, and games for the kids. People are invited to bring along a picnic, blanket and chairs to relax on the field.
