Recently, Sue Porter was appointed to a new Assistant Principal role at the college.
She has been an inspirational leader in the Learning Support Department and has held the Specialist Classroom Teacher role for the past two years. Sue now has responsibility for teaching and learning, with a special focus on student development.
Sue is passionate about making sure every McGlashan boy has opportunities to succeed and she has been instrumental in helping a large number of boys achieve academic success.
She teaches English and philosophy for teens as well as numeracy. Previously she had been a Y8 homeroom teacher at McGlashan, and prior to that at Kavanagh College.
We wish her all the very best in her new role.
