Prefects bring Easter cheer to folks at Redroofs Home.

Prefects from John McGlashan College and Columba College delivered Easter treats to older folks around the village on the last day of term.

One hundred and ten parcels were crafted by the students from money raised at an earlier mufti day. This was a student initiative. I was just a 'fly on the wall'. I was so impressed by the way the students engaged with the folk and had wonderful conversations with them.  The delight all round was quite infectious  and in the end the Easter gifts seemed just nice way into bringing much joy.
