This week Fletcher and Jack unpacked the joys of choral singing with Teddy Finney-Waters, our college Choir Director.

It was fabulous having Teddy come in to speak to Fletcher and Jack about the benefits of choral singing, as well as Teddy's background in music and his tips for singing. They also chatted about the New Zealand Youth Choir winning the top award at an international competition in Wales a few days ago. The singers, aged between 18 and 25, were awarded Choir of the World at the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod in Wales. The choir blends waiata and kapa haka with traditional choral repertoire. It is comprised of around 50 singers and operates on a three-year membership.
