It's been an exciting week in sport.

Hockey

Our Hockey 1st XI took out the final against OB’s in a nail-biting penalty shootout. Fantastic effort from the whole team building throughout the entire season - eyes now forward to the Rankin cup - National tournament with the top 32 school teams in the country.

Our U15 hockey boys showed great determination in the Div 2 Secondary Schools competition, narrowly going down to OB’s 2nd XI stacked with Year 13 players. Their commitment and effort throughout the season have been an inspiration.

Rugby

The Year 7/8 rugby team enjoyed a sunny day on the field against Trinity, with all boys getting stuck in and having a great time. Trinity took the win this year, but we’re already looking forward to the rematch next season.

Cross Country

Ariki Cup X-Country at Kettle Park our squad came 2nd to Tahuna overall - the boys are now looking forward to the Otago Champs.

Ice Luge

The New Zealand natural ice luge season recently wrapped up in Naseby with some success for JMC boys.

Oszkár was the NZ Junior champ, with Quinn placing second.

Liam placed third in the Senior men (his first season as a senior) and Liam and Quinn together placed second in the open doubles.
