John McGlashan College has a range of activities planned for students and staff for Mental Health Awareness Week next week.
Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) is an opportunity for our college to explore the experiences, actions, relationships and surroundings that make us feel good and uplift our mental wellbeing.
Take part in a range of activities over the week. Prioritise your wellbeing - try something new, connect with people and places, or have a laugh with others.
