Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) is an opportunity for our college to explore the experiences, actions, relationships and surroundings that make us feel good and uplift our mental wellbeing.

Take part in a range of activities over the week. Prioritise your wellbeing - try something new, connect with people and places, or have a laugh with others.

The five ways to wellbeing are five simple yet proven actions you can use every day to help you find balance, build resilience and boost your wellbeing.
