Following the success of our previous performing arts endeavours, it’s time to kick off the new year with one of the most exciting creative opportunities on the school calendar
Showquest 2026 is officially calling for students to join our team, and whether you’re a seasoned performer or a newbie, or someone who prefers the view from behind the scenes, there is a place for you.
As highlighted in our look back at last year, Showquest is a "challenge worth accepting" because it offers so much more than just a performance. It is a chance to:
Master the Tech: A great show needs more than just actors—it needs lighting designers, video wall technicians, and sound engineers. You’ll get hands-on experience with professional-grade equipment and digital storytelling.
Lead the Pack: Showquest is student-led, this is a real-world project where you can step up and lead your peers.
Fuel the Rivalry: We love a bit of competition! Showquest features fierce but friendly inter-school rivalries, making it a "team sport" of a different kind that requires discipline and strategy.
Become Well-Rounded: Universities and employers love to see versatility. Balancing academics with a creative pursuit like this demonstrates time management and adaptability. Plus, participation earns you a Rep Award Badge!
What are we looking for? We need a diverse crew to bring our vision to life. This year’s sign-up form is looking for:
Performers: The heart of the onstage story.
Backstage Crew: Helping with props, costumes, and transitions.
Technical Whizzes: Managing the LED video wall, lighting, and sound.
Wearable Art Designers (TOI): For those interested in the garment-based "TOI" segment of the competition.
Whether you want to build confidence, showcase your musical skills, or simply be part of something special, Showquest is the place to do it.
How to Sign Up: Ready to take the stage? Please fill out the sign-up form via the link below to register your interest and tell us where you’d like to fit in. Don't miss out on being part of the 2026 team!

There will be a meeting on Monday 2nd February during lunchtime (Week 2) in the Drama room to meet Tobias (our awesome choreographer). This will also help us determine our leads for this production.
Rehearsals will be twice weekly beginning Week 3 of Term 1 (Tuesday and Fridays 3.30pm to 4.30pm), throughout ALL of Term 1 and early term 2 (until the performance in Week 4 of Term 2). Attendance is mandatory for this major school production.
Let’s make this year’s performance one to remember. We'd love to see you get involved!
