Last week, 12 of our students competed in the Get2Go Challenge, and what an awesome group of young men they are! They were all so supportive, driven and did their very best to follow some complex instructions.
Our students faced a range of demanding challenges, including paddleboarding, mountain biking, orienteering, and problem-solving. Their performance was a testament to their dedication and teamwork.
Year 10 Students
Four of our Year 10 students were in a mixed team with Columba College. Joining a team with students they didn't know well can be a challenge, but they handled it brilliantly. Their teamwork, respectful attitude, and competitive spirit made them absolute stars. They truly did the John McGlashan name proud.
Year 9 Students
Our remaining 8 year 9 students faced many new challenges throughout the day, but they banded together as brothers, supporting each other and bringing out the best in everyone's abilities. Their hard work and teamwork were truly impressive.
Outstanding Results
The results speak for themselves. With very little training, our teams placed an impressive 3rd and 4th against some tough competition. This is an incredible achievement and can be attributed to their determination and natural talent.
A huge congratulations to all our superstars! Have a great last day of school, boys. You've earned the rest!
