As we move toward the final stages of the term, most of our Senior sports seasons have successfully concluded, allowing our senior athletes to focus entirely on their upcoming exams during study leave.

A big thank you to all those boys for their commitment this year! We still have senior cricket, touch, and rowing continuing, so keep an eye out for their results.

The action torch is now fully with our Junior Boys, who are chipping away across the codes, including Touch, Volleyball, Rowing and Summer Hockey

I want to give a special shout-out to our Touch teams. Their behaviour on the bus and at the games has been awesome. Mrs. Gradwell and Mrs. Wilson were incredibly impressed with their manners and conduct—that is the standard we expect, well done.

We have a busy weekend ahead! Our Junior A Volleyball team is preparing for the Otago Champs, followed by the South Island Secondary School Champs in a couple of weeks. Our Junior Water Polo players also have a tournament this weekend with 20 teams from around the South Island , and our Year 7 and 8 Hockey boys are playing in a warm-up game at the turf on Sunday ahead of the Prem PHL Alpiners game.

Last weekend Ruan and Dan achieved some incredible results at the mountain biking Coastal Classic. Ruan won the 15km Open Men’s race, and Dan took out the 45km Men’s Open. Great to see their hard work paying off!

The term isn't finished yet, boys, so keep up the fantastic work - remember that your behaviour in and out of the game at our many different sporting grounds is what truly represents our school, and you are certainly doing us all very proud. Keep it up!
