Year 7 to 13 school students were recently encouraged to enter our Patagonia Chocolates Upcycled Couture Competition, as part of our exciting Fashion at McGlashan Fundraising Arts event on the 28th of August.
We are thrilled to announce that FIVE out of the ten awesome finalists for the Patagonia Chocolates Upcycled Couture Competition are from our own John McGlashan College.
This is our exclusive upcycled fashion competition for students to source and put together a ready-to-wear outfit, from recycled/thrifted/2nd hand clothing stores from around Dunedin.
Selected finalists have the opportunity to send their outfits down the runway in the Upcycled Couture section, just before intermission. The winner will also be announced at the event, with some cool prizes up for grabs, courtesy of Patagonia Chocolates.
