As we transition from summer to winter sports, I thank everyone who has contributed to John McGlashan Sport this term to enable boys to participate and have fun with their mates.
Good luck to our Senior Volleyball boys, Junior Cricketers and Rowers, who are all at nationals next week. We have boys at the South Island Secondary School Athletic champs in Invercargill next weekend, and nine boys are competing in the South Island Schools MTB champs at Coronet Peak.
Thank you, St Andrews College, who looked after us so well at the annual summer sports exchange. It was a washout for the cricket and tennis teams, but the hardy golfers played in the rain and wind and had a win. We look forward to hosting STAC for our winter exchange on Monday, 22nd May.
