Next week we are supporting Kiwi Christmas Books, a registered charity which collects brand new books to distribute to children and young people in need.
We are raising money and collecting donations of brand new books for Kiwi Christmas Books, to gift to families in Dunedin who might be struggling to buy Christmas presents this year, or who find it hard to access good books in general. The money we raise will be used to purchase books, and along with the new books we collect, these will be distributed to local families in need through Family Works Otago (one of the services provided by Presbyterian Support Otago).
There will be a non-uniform day on Friday 28th November to support this, where boys can either give a brand new book or donate $5.
Please also consider buying a book or two next time you are shopping and dropping them into our donation box in the school office by Friday 28th November. New picture books, chapter books, YA books — we’d love them all!

You can also purchase gift cards through the Kiwi Christmas Books website and donate a book on behalf of someone else. They make ideal presents for staff/colleagues/friends/family—please do check them out!
