As your prefect this year, I would like to see all international boys getting more involved with school events and also with the Kiwi boys.
It will be a great chance for the boys to improve their English skills and make new friends. This year we have 12 new international boys joining the McGlashan family, and they came from all sorts of places such as; Mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Korea, Japan and France. Now, let me introduce them to you.
Here’s a list of boys who are from China (Included Hong Kong). We've got, Joey, Ray, John, Harold, Vincent and Kenny, they are spread from Year 7 to Year 10. Now we have the boys from other countries; we've got Alban from France, Hiromitsu and Tatsuya from Japan, Nath and Chanodome from Thailand and last but not least we have Seongbin from Korea. I asked a few boys what they think of New Zealand and the school. They all think that New Zealand is a beautiful country and they think the school is classy and really nice people. I hope all of you this year achieve your goals, get involved and make 2018 your year!
