Judges captivated by band performance

This week we found out that our hard-working Y7 rock group ‘Captivated’ have been awarded 3rd place in the regional Bandquest competition, gaining a $100 prize for their performances of ‘Rain’ by Dragon and ‘Don’t Forget Your Roots’ by Six60. This was their first time entering the competition and performing together and a sure sign of success to come. Vocalist and lead guitarist in the group, Leo Hill, was also jointly awarded the Best Vocalist prize for his performance.
