Join us for the John McGlashan College Fete on Saturday 9th September 2023 from 11am-2pm.
There will be something for everyone with almost 50 stalls selling a wide variety of goods, including fabulous food selections, lots of second hand treasures, some fun and games, plus our infamous chocolate wheel. The school campus will be humming with activity and the welcome mat will be out for the whole community. So come along and be part of the action.
On the day of the fete, Pilkington Street will be closed between Balmacewen Road to Passmore Crescent on Saturday 9 September 7.30 am until 5 p.m. Parking will be available near the Boarding House with access off Passmore Cres.
Here is the checklist of ways you can help between now and the fete:
· Baking/Home Made Sweets/Conserves & Preserves - drop off at the School Chapel from 2 pm on Friday 8th September or on the day of the fete before 9.30 am.
· International Food for the Fete Cafe - Can you create a delicious dish for serving at our cafe? Email us at jmcpfa@gmail.com
· Donations of Second Hand Goods - drop off anytime at the fete garage next to the Boarding School. No electrical items please but almost anything else in good condition is welcome!

· Bid on the Silent Auction - the Silent Auction is now open online and will close at 1 pm on 9th September at the Fete http://www.32auctions.com/jmc2023/
· Spread the word - Let anyone and everyone know about the Fete. Like our Facebook page and share posts with your network.
