The Languages Department is thrilled to welcome back Mr Joschka Niemann for his second year as the German Language Assistant.
Kia ora,
My name is Joschka Niemann. I am the German Language Assistant at John McGlashan College for terms 1 and 2 in 2024.
It will be my second time teaching at John McGlashan after my first tenure last year.
I studied English and Physical Education in Germany to become a teacher.
This year, as well as assisting in the German classroom as a native speaker, I want to get involved more with the school camps in Te Anau.
I am really happy to be back at John McGlashan College and I am beyond grateful that the school is giving me the opportunity to be part of the McGlashan whānau once again.
