Last week the Smokefree Rockquest regional heats took place at Taieri College. This year we had 2 bands enter the competition, and 2 acts in the solo/duo category.
We are proud to announce that our Y11/13 group Súechef and Y12 soloist Rylan Urquhart have been selected for the regional final. This year, it involves submitting a video of a second performance to be considered for the national final. Our Y10 band Disciples of Dunedin entered the competition in the Online region this year, and are still waiting to hear on a result. Well done to these hard-working music students for entering and for their success. Good luck for the next round!
