Need to clarify anything about accounts? Read the below for all the information you need.


A few handy notes from the Accounts Team...

  • School accounts are sent out monthly at the end of each month.  

  • Attendance dues and Boarding fees are added to school accounts at the beginning of each term. 

  • AVC will be charged monthly. Parents and Friends Donation is charged once per year. 

  • When paying your school account, the name of our school bank account is: John McGlashan Presbyterian College Board Incorporated

  • Please ensure you use your son's School ID number as the reference.

  • If you wish to pay by direct debit please fill out the attached form and return by email to accounts@mcglashan.school.nz
