The John McGlashan College tutoring programme is underway
Pictured above are volunteer tutors from Year 10 working 1–1 with Year 7 and 8 students to extend and consolidate their mathematical skills.
The tutoring programme is held on Wednesdays at lunch-time and this benefits both groups of boys. The younger students get to build their confidence, improve or extend their mathematical skills and get to know the older boys better. The tutors get to hone their communication and leadership skills and make a contribution to the positive learning culture at John McGlashan.
